Whether it’s pineapple and cucumbers, or jalapenos and cilantro, you’ll get the highest quality and freshest ingredients prepared by our teams. Our menu features exclusively premium proteins through meticulous filleting, crafting into exquisite menu offerings, and searing to order. All of our sauces are made from scratch, in-house daily using whole, clean ingredients.
FreshFin doesn’t believe in serving premade sauces that you can squeeze out of a bottle. We grind down blend garlic, peppers, onions, spices, and oils to serve you sauces that are one of a kind. We do all of this to get you the best bite every time!
We meticulously source our proteins, ensuring they meet the highest standards of sustainability and premium sourcing. Our premium sashimi tuna is all caught by hand. Our fisherman with one pole. Our Canadian Atlantic Salmon is ethically farmed in the cold, clean ocean waters of British Columbia and free from antibiotics, chemicals, and artificial colors.

Our dedication to the environment is reflected in every aspect of our operations. We’ve swapped traditional to-go containers for eco-friendly alternatives, significantly reducing our carbon footprint.
Pulp bowls are used for carryout. Plant-based, compostable, or recyclable to-go cups and containers are used whenever possible. Silverware and to-go bags are by request only. Reusable bowls are served for our in-house orders.
We want to be sure that our packaging is as kind to the planet as it is to our food. We are constantly fine-tuning ourselves and our supply chain with our food suppliers to reduce food waste to a minimum.
